Welcome to Smart Remote: TV Control (the "App" or the "Service"), developed by Fireshark HK ("us," "we," or "our").

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

1. Important Disclaimer: Independent Application

This App is an independent third-party application developed by Fireshark HK. This App is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any television brand or device manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fireshark HK. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The App is available for free download and offers optional subscription services to unlock premium features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store, and the charge will be applied to your Apple ID account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a one-time free trial to new users. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan when the trial ends.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Fireshark HK and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fireshark HK makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fireshark HK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
